One of the most critical challenges solved by the platform was transport invoice fraud and duplication. Previously, drivers could potentially reuse or duplicate transport documents during interstate or international travel.
To eliminate this risk, Zetpeak engineered a unique one-time invoice verification system. Every transport invoice is generated with a unique digital identity during vehicle check-in and is validated again during checkout, ensuring that the same invoice cannot be reused or manipulated throughout the transportation process.
This significantly strengthened operational security while improving trust between the company, drivers, and checkpoints. The application also maintains a complete digital audit trail. Every activity performed within the system—including employee actions, transport movements, invoice generation, billing updates, and administrative changes—is securely recorded.
This provides management with complete visibility into day-to-day operations while simplifying compliance, investigations, and internal audits. As the business processes more than 200 transport invoices every day, database performance was another major concern. Instead of storing every completed invoice within the primary production database, Zetpeak implemented an intelligent archival architecture. Once invoices are completed, they are automatically transferred to a dedicated secondary server for long-term storage, allowing the primary application database to remain lightweight, responsive, and optimized for daily operations. This architecture ensures consistent performance even as transaction volumes continue to grow. Beyond logistics, the platform also automates transport billing, monitors operational units, manages global office activities, and provides executives with real-time business intelligence through centralized dashboards.
